- written approval of the return by SODICA
- the product is returned in new condition and in its original packaging
- over-packaging suitable for transport
- return of the product within 2 weeks following the agreement given by SODICA.
If the return is accepted by SODICA due to a defect or non-conformity of the product, SODICA will bear the cost of returning the product and will replace the affected product free of charge or reimburse it, to the exclusion of any other compensation. For any other case of return validated by SODICA, and subject to the control of the perfect condition of the returned goods, a credit note for the amount of the returned products is issued to the Customer. The transport costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
