Deliveries shall be made in accordance with current packaging and packing practices. The products ordered are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. Depending on the availability of products, SODICA reserves the right to make partial deliveries. Deliveries to a country outside the European Union are made DAP (Delivered at place) - Incoterms 2020, ICC Paris.

All delivery times shown on the website or provided for in the order are provisional and indicative.
Delays in delivery that may occur may not, under any circumstances and for any reason whatsoever, give rise to compensation or motivate the cancellation of the order or the refusal of the goods by the Customer.

Shipments are made by the carrier chosen by SODICA. Shipping costs are applied to the Customer on a flat-rate basis depending on the weight of the package and the final delivery destination.

Shipping rates

SODICA reserves the right to ask for an additional contribution to the shipping costs in case of non-standard sizes or exceptional delivery locations.

We strongly recommend that you record your reservations on delivery, in writing and on all copies of the transport document, and that you date them.
Reservations must be clear and precise as to the nature and extent of the damage. Indeed, "vague" reservations are likely to give rise to a dispute and the words "subject to inspection" or "subject to unpacking" or "damage to be checked" have no legal effect.
You must indicate unequivocal reservations on the delivery note, indicating, if applicable
  • The number of missing or damaged packages
  • The numbers or references of the disputed packages
  • The number of missing or damaged parts
  • The type of damage found
  • The references of the damaged parts
  • Arrival and departure times of the carrier

The absence of reservations or late or incomplete reservations against the carrier leads to a presumption of compliant delivery.
It is imperative to open the package in front of the carrier. If an anomaly is found, you must refuse the package and inform us within 48 hours.

If the delivery person refuses to wait until the goods have been completely unpacked, this must be clearly indicated on the delivery note before signing it.
In the case of an electronic signature, you must notify the reservations on the driver's paper copy.

The issue of reservations on receipt of the packages will enable us to quantify the delivery hazards and to launch corrective actions with the carriers.
